Joshua Feiler is a Principal and Global Head of Tax/Counsel for GoldenTree Asset Management. In addition, Mr. Feiler is a member of GoldenTree’s Business Management Operating Committee. Prior to joining GoldenTree in 2007, Joshua Feiler co-founded, and was a Director in, the International Mergers and Acquisitions Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (“PwC”).

Prior to joining PwC in 2004, Mr. Feiler worked in the Washington, D.C. National Tax Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Ernst & Young LLP, and was a tax associate at the law firm of Ruden McCloskey (now part of Greenberg Traurig).
